The right to withdraw from the contract
• If you are not an entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the store within 14 days from the delivery of the item, without giving any reason.
• The condition for the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract is the submission by the Customer of an appropriate declaration in writing or in electronic form via e-mail.
• The declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the bank account number to which the money should be returned to the customer and the returned goods should be sent to the following address: ePractice Bartosz Zieliński, ul. Talasiewicza 16, 38-100 Strzyżów.
• The money will be returned to the customer to the bank account indicated by him, the number of which should be attached to the statement on withdrawal from the contract.
